Blue Valley Mental Health was another design build project where we had to work on a tight budget. This was a wood frame construction. We interviewed them to learn more about their needs – number of staff members, size requirements, record storage, and we have to work with the city to change some of the lot line requirements so they can get parking and still have space they needed for the building.
